I assure you that nothing from the Wyatt Acoustics site is gathering information about you. Return Policy
We offer a 10 day return policy on our Wyatt Acoustics’ stock speakers which includes the Focus and Stealth speaker systems only at this time. All sales of custom orders are final unless there is some defect in manufacturing. We carefully inspect and test all merchandise before shipping, and so far nothing has made it past us! If there is damage done in shipping a claim must be made with the shipper. If within 10 days of receiving your Wyatt Acoustics’ stock model speakers your are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will make arrangements for you to return your system. A return authorization number will be provided to you. We will refund the entire purchase price less shipping charges to and from and a 5% return fee. This will be done within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
- A return authorization number must accompany any returned items.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original new condition.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept the return if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition.
