We have custom packaging made for the speaker enclosures we assemble to ensure they will arrive safely. We have included the costs of these packing materials (double boxed in double thick corrugated material, corner protectors, etc.) in the total cabinet and shipping price. It is not our intention to make any profit on the shipping of your purchase. We have used D. B. Schenker for our delivery service for four years, but they have just announced that they will no longer be servicing the US or Canada! We are currently negotiating rates with FedEx and hope to have reliable freight shipping in place again soon. We will post the details here as soon as they are known. We are using FedEx now so don’t worry, you will receive your speakers! Customers are welcome to pick up their products at the shop if that is convenient for them.
